Plextor mSATA SSDs based on the M5 series

For owners of thin notebooks, Plextor has introduced the M5M solid-state drive. This mSATA SSD is Jedec MO-300 compliant, is sized 50.8 x 29.8 x 3.6 mm and has reading and writing speeds of 540 MByte/s and 430 MByte/s, respectively. As the name implies, the M5M mSATA drives are based on the M5S and M5 Pro. As such, they also feature Marvell's 88SS9187 controller. 4k random writes are performed at up to 77,000 IOPS.
