Intel roadmap: Ivy Bridge-E in Q3, after 8-core Sandy Bridge-E

WCCFTech has published a new Intel roadmap, which reveals that Intel's high-end Ivy Bridge-E series will be launched in the third quarter of this year. Before it, the 'mid-range' Haswell architecture will be launched, as well as a faster Sandy Bridge-E chip. The Ivy Bridge-E processors are compatible with the LGA2011 socket and matching X79 chipset.
