AMD Accuses Former Managers of Stealing Secrets for Nvidia

AMD was granted a temporary restraining order against four former employees on allegations of trade secret misappropriation and trade secret transfer as well as "strategic employee solicitation". All four individuals are now employed by Nvidia.
