Instagram’s mishap last week is finally taking its toll on the Facebook-owned online photo-sharing and social networking service. That’s because the service isn’t just facing the scorching hot backlashes. It now facing a class action lawsuit, which has been filed by the San Diego-based law firm Finkelstein & Krinsk.
